Our join form for groups collects the group’s details and a contact person’s name, role and email address.
Why
Only to coordinate the coalition and write to member groups. We show a group’s name and logo only with its consent, and we never sell or share this information.
Where
Answers are kept by Tally, the form service, in Belgium. They reach us by email through services in the United States, and we read them in Proton Mail, in Switzerland. The information is therefore kept outside Québec.
How long
While the coalition is active, and at most 12 months after it ends.
Your rights
To see, correct or delete this information, write to our privacy officer at contact@coalitionaitreaty.ca. You can also complain to the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec.
